These classes are run by the fabulous Stephanie – one of our pelvic health physiotherapists, who is also a yoga and pilates teacher. Stephanie is a wonderful instructor who is passionate about helping women, so you will be in good hands!

Are they for me?
These classes are ideal for anyone who is pregnant or has ever had a baby. They are also suitable for anyone who has pelvic floor problems, or who is new to exercise.
Steph will lead you through a series of exercises. Classes are delivered in such a way that you will feel at ease if you are new to this type of exercise. Those with more experience will benefit too.

  • pelvic floor strengthening
  • abdominal / core strengthening
  • advice on safe exercise in pregnancy and after baby
  • rehabilitation advice and help with return to exercise after childbirth – including high impact, weight training, running, CrossFit
